Refund policy

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! Up to 30 days after receiving your product, please log into your account with your order number handy. For US customers products are only eligible for return if they are damaged, have a manufacturing error, or are not the correct product. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. If we can help with an exchange instead, we will cover those shipping costs to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and/or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. Free gifts, final sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Minor variations in the placement of print will not be considered as defects.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 160 Casar NC 28020. We may request up to 5 photos or videos of the product, including views of the entire item and close-ups of any damage or manufacturing error. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to fill out the return form. Upon approval, you can send the item to the address above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase, or use store credit for the new item depending on how our customer service team helped resolve your problem.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
