Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within two days and shipped within 8 days; our average shipping time is 5 days.
- Please allow for shipping delays during holiday seasons.
- If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Depending on how far along the processing stage is we may still be able to help.
- Hats and Shirts are shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Address Problems
- Please make sure the address you have entered is correct as this is how we determine where to ship your order, keep an eye out for incorrect autofill information.
- If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Fist of Flora will not be able to cover the expense unless the items were returned to us.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost Orders
- We cannot be responsible for items that show delivered in our tracking system but may be lost or stolen.
- If you believe this may have happened please reach out to the carrier who shipped the product and email us at contact@fistofflora.com.
- Make sure you have checked with your neighbors, any building managers, and lockers or safe spots such as garage doors or gate posts.
