Our Unisex T-shirts are pre-shrunk and garment dyed to give you a soft, lived-in feel from day one. The pigment fades after the first few washes creating the vintage look our customers love. Shade variations are typical in the dyeing process.

We recommend avoiding bleach or harsh detergents and washing in cold water with like colors to prevent bleeding.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on unworn and unwashed products.

Our average time from order to shipping is 5 days, with most orders reaching customers within 8 business days. Holidays may create exceptions.

Hats and Shirts are shipped seperately to prevent damage and may arrive at different times.

What should I do if my item never arrived?

Rarely an order becomes lost in transit or, sadly, stolen after delivery. Luckily sometimes the carrier has just delivered to the wrong address. We recommend checking with your neighbors and if your tracking info says delivered, wait two days before reaching out. Sometimes a carrier prematurely marks a parcel as delivered.

If my item doesn't fit, can I return or exchange it?

Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We hope you decide to exchange but returns are acceptable within 30 days as long as the item is in original condition. Take a look at our Refund policy then log in to our Return Portal to get started.

How do your donations help wildlife and biodiversity?

We donate to carefully chosen and mission aligned non-profits working to perform valuable services such as restoration and conservation, supporting pollinators, or implementing policies here in the US. We are currently supporting Pollinator Partnership, North Carolina Wildlife Federation, and Homegrown National Park.

What's the best way to care for my clothing so it lasts?

For t-shirts, we recommend avoiding bleach or harsh detergents and washing in cold water with like colors to prevent bleeding.

If you can, avoid drying on high heat. Instead line dry or low-medium heat tumble.

For hats, we recommend spot washing by hand with cold water.

How do I know what size to get?

We have hats, adult and kid size shirts.

Each of the shirts has a size chart located above the color selection buttons and below the title on the product page.

Our hats are all adjustable, with the exception of the Beanies which are soft, stretchy, and universal fit.

How quickly will I get my order?

With the exception of holidays, our products typically take 5-8 business days to reach our customers, depending on your location and the items being ordered. Hats typically take a couple days longer to produce and arrive separately.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We understand sometimes mistakes are made, but not all of them are too late to fix. Depending on the stage of production we may not be able to cancel an order. Please reach out to us at contact@fistofflora.com as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer your products internationally?

No. We hope to be able to reach all the wildlife enthusiasts and conservation supporters worlwide someday soon, but at the moment we do not sell internationally.
